It's been a long time
So it has been a really long time since I have been on xanga....but since I love to get everyone's updates, I thought I would send one out myself.
For those of you who haven't read yet, Nick and I have a son! He was born on January 16th at 7:37pm in Lima, Peru. He is a perfect little man! His name is Jude Ashton and he is amazing. And since he was born in Peru and we are Americans, our son legally has dual-citizenship. Actually at this point, he isn't American yet. But we have our meeting with the embassy tomorrow and he soon will be.
So we are enjoying life with him. God is so good to have given us such a precious gift. I have posted some pics of all of us. As you will see I was lucky to have my family here for the birth and my mom stayed for a full month. And now we have my in-laws in town. I have been so blessed to have had so much family with us.
The most recent pic of Jude is my profile pic which was taken about a week and a half ago (we need to take more pics).
By the way, if anyone is coming to Lima this summer...look me up!

Congratulations! How was it birthing in Peru?
Congrats on your baby boy! He is very cute. And you are beautiful in every picture, even in the hospital, how do you do it?! Do you love being a mom? Did you have a C-section?
Ah, you two look so precious. I just love you so much. =)
I haven't heard back yet, where I'm going this summer, but I'll keep you posted.
